Delete your account

You can delete your Glowgle account at any time, whether you're a customer or a technician. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your data when you do.
Delete in the app
Open your Profile
In either the Glowgle customer app or the Glowgle technician app, tap the Profile tab.
Tap Delete Account
Scroll to the bottom of Profile and select Delete Account.
Confirm
Confirm the deletion when prompted. This step cannot be undone.
What deletion does
- Your login is removed and you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.
- Your personal details, including name, email, phone number, and photo, are anonymized across our systems.
- Job records (quotes, completed jobs, and reviews) are retained for the other party to those jobs and for legal and accounting compliance, but are no longer linked to your identifying information.

Can't access the app?
If you no longer have access to the Glowgle app on your device, you can request deletion by emailing us. Please include the email address you signed up with so we can locate your account.
